Founded in 2005, Glenisla Solutions celebrates its 25th anniversary in July 2025. Our success can be directly attributed to the extensive business and life experiences of our staff. We draw on 35 years of Senior Management Team experience which involved managing, coaching and motivating people.

 

We have an in-depth understanding of the recruitment process together with an extensive network of C Level acquaintances, spread across numerous business sectors and organisations.

 

Our strength is derived from being fiercely independent – in other words, we are not a recruitment agency, nor are we head-hunters.
